This web site contains articles written by Steven Koo, a correspondent of I.T. Times, a supplement of Hong Kong Economic Times. It has an interesting article of an interview with IBM Business Intelligence Great China Group (27 January, 1999 and 3 February, 1999) about IBM's ventures in providing data mining services in Asia.

This web site is more of a personal homepage, where Steven has scanned his articles from the official magazine publication into JPEG image formats for the audience to view. It is a very simplistic website, not very well organised and has no index, which makes searching for particular articles difficult.
